Bikram yoga also hot with men

Two things that are really starting to bug me about media these days: false advertising and false statements in reporting.

An excellent article, don't get me wrong. I love seeing yoga in the news. This article however simply exaggerates the stereotype that yoga classes are for girls. Maybe that's Stacey [Reeves]' experience at other yoga style studio's. My 14 years in and around Bikram studios tells another story. I can show you stats on classes at our studio. There has been a steady shift in male attendance of classes. This began several years ago and is now shifting more and more. Region, time of day and other conditions will influence particular classes, but men have and do embrace Bikram yoga because it works and it's not loaded with all the other spiritual aspects that many other styles preach.
