You can find just about anything online but the most common reason people sway away from buying online is fit. Consumers often want to find the perfect fit before buying an item especially when it comes to the cost of sending the item back. Online retailer VU Sunglass noticed the need for a new customer experience which is hassle free and subsequently created a way to merge both convenience and fit.
The Montreal based company launched their new site recently which allows consumers to choose three pairs of sunglasses online, which will be sent to their home. You can then try each pair on and select one that you like and send the rest back. I decided to give the site and here’s what I thought.
The site was user friendly and had lots of options. I chose a few different sunglass shapes that I thought would suit me.
The package arrived within days and included a shipping slip for those you want to send back (free of charge). This process was helpful since two of the sunglasses I choose didn’t look that great on me but did on the site. I also tried each one for a couple of hours, which really helped in solidifying my decision on which one really suited me.
If your first try isn’t success successful, specify the reason and send them back and you can start the process again until you find a pair that you like.
Luckily, I found a pair in my first try and settled on the Saint Laurent sunglass which has a classic and sophisticated look.

The Row: If you're into trying something bold, this sunglass is perfect for you. Pair with a cape coat and you're ready for s stroll in the big city.
Saint Laurent: This pair is great for those who are looking for something classic yet eyecatching. For fall, opt for bright colored frames to give an interesting contrast.
