It’s not often that a property in Victoria makes it into a national top 10 priciest homes list. But, according to real estate website Point2Homes, this unbelievable home is Canada’s eighth most-expensive penthouse currently on the market (although not if you include all condos). And yes, the priciest is in Vancouver (here).
Listed privately at $8.9 million, the home takes up the top three floors of the turret atop Shoal Point, a well-known luxury condo building that sits at the mouth of Victoria Harbour.
