Six floors. Sixty-five units. That’s the latest proposal for a market rental building envisioned for West 70th Avenue near at Montcalm Street in Marpole.

Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. designed the building for 1325 West 70th Ave., which would also include 50 parking stalls and 112 bicycle spaces.

The project features four studios, 37 one-bedrooms, 17 two-bedroom and seven three-bedroom suites.

It would replace an existing three-storey apartment building built in 1969.

BC Assessment valued the property at $10.8 million on its 2020 assessment roll.

An open house about the rental project runs from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Marpole Neighbourhood House April 6.
