Six injured in Port Moody collision involving TransLink bus

Six people were injured when a truck collided with the side of a TransLink bus at St. Johns and Williams Street at 8 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Six people were injured when a truck collided with the side of a TransLink bus at St. Johns and Williams Street at 8 a.m. Wednesday morning.

According to police, Port Moody Fire/Rescue crews removed a portion of the side of the bus to free a passenger, who was stuck inside. 

Traffic was asked to avoid the area but the incident was cleared shortly after 11 a.m.
