We’re only five days into the 2018 Winter Olympics and Canada is already holding 10 medals! Three gold, four silver and one bronze at the time of this writing.
While we've been focused on VPD hockey star Meghan Agosta and wine enthusiast Patrick Chan (who recently moved to Vancouver), it’s Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir who seem to have taken the top position in international media stories. The reason? Their gold medal-winning routine is considered… well… a little spicy.
Vice’s headline was "Canadian Duo Bang Their Way to Olympic Gold." The Sun (UK, not Vancouver) called it a "porno" routine. A paper in Augusta called their performance "a romp."
There have been countless other headlines highlighting the routine’s risque nature. All despite the duo toning it down from its original just-a-little-more-sexy version.
