Using her skills as an experienced pastry chef, Tracy Kadonoff of Lemonade Gluten Free Bakery wants to change the way the world sees gluten-free baking.

“Customers will try a cookie or buy a bun and be shocked at how good it tastes,” she says proudly. “They really expect gluten-free to taste awful.”

Kadonoff knows the positive impact her delicious breads, cookies, cakes and squares have on her gluten-intolerant customers. She sees it every day.

“The best part is when customers come in and see all the different things we offer,” she says. “They can’t believe they have this many choices available in gluten-free.”

Families and friends of those who are gluten intolerant are just as surprised by the amazing assortment and fantastic taste. Many are reluctant to try gluten-free baking at all, according to Kadonoff , but they’re eventually convinced by those who rave about Lemonade Gluten Free Bakery’s menu.

“Having people spread the word about how good it tastes has the most impact,” says Kadonoff. “Once they try it and realize this stuff really can taste amazing, they want to tell everyone they know.”

One of the most satisfying things for Kadonoff is to bake a party cake for a special occasion that she knows the gluten-intolerant can eat without fear- and the rest of the guests can enjoy, too.

“It’s particularly fun to give cupcakes and other treats to kids because they feel so bad when they’re left out,” she says. “We want to make everything delicious for everyone to enjoy, so no one gets excluded.”

Planning a big dinner party or a kid’s birthday party? You can order a cake from Lemonade Gluten Free Bakery and rest assured that all anyone will talk about afterward is the amazing taste, whether they’re gluten-intolerant or not!
