Brent is a husband, father, citizen, community organizer and artist.
Brent wants to be a Vancouver Park Board Commissioner to ensure that the priorities of local government adequately address the issues of sustainability and livability for residents and business in order to make our city better for everyone.
Brent is well known as a strong and vocal community advocate in Vancouver’s West End. He is a past president of the West End Residents Association (WERA), past board member of the West End Community Centre and Vice Chair of the Save St. Paul’s Coalition. As a volunteer activist, he has participated in the construction of community gardens, art projects and celebrations, and has advocated for active transportation infrastructure.
