Candidate: Vancouver Park Board
Coree Tull
Coree Tull.

Coree Tull is a community organizer and advocate for accessible and inclusive sport in Vancouver. The co-founder of the Double Rainbow Dodgeball League, Co-Chair of Out In Sports Society and a board member with Mabel League Fastpitch, Coree has been actively organizing community LGBTQ sports leagues and working hard to connect people and communities across Vancouver. As a passionate advocate for inclusion in recreational sports, Coree has seen firsthand the power of sport to strengthen our health, wellness and build community, and believes that we need to continue to increase access to park facilities and sports leagues, improve field conditions and booking processes.

Coree has a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and International Relations from UBC, a Bachelor of Technology in Ecological Restoration from BCIT, and understands the importance of protecting, connecting and expanding our community parks and green space in Vancouver. She supports the ongoing expansion of urban green space – like stream and habitat restoration, rain gardens and urban forests – combined with community outreach and education programs to improve biodiversity and the ecological health of our city’s urban environment.
