A tourism professional with over two decades in the hospitality industry, Stéphane Mouttet brings a wealth of experience to his campaign for Vancouver Park Board Commissioner in the November civic election.
Mouttet is the Chef Concierge at one of Vancouver’s top luxury hotels, where he ensures unparalleled hospitality to its guests. As a concierge, Mouttet is a strong voice for tourism and loves to showcase Vancouver’s beautiful parks and attractions to visitors.
Born in Montréal, he was adopted and raised by a French family when he was only a year old. He graduated from Paris’ prestigious International Concierge Institute and spent a year in the French army before moving back to Canada.
Mouttet has served on the Regional Board of Les Clef d’Or Canada, an international professional association of hotel concierges, and was instrumental in creating a social-media presence for the Regional Board. He is currently a member of the board for the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame and one of the founding members of the Vancouver Lumière Festival.
Mouttet has tirelessly advocated for BC’s tourism industry, and looks forward to bringing his enthusiasm for Vancouver’s world-class accommodations to the Vancouver Park Board.
